Mummy did some reading online and learnt that there are ways to curb or reduce the "morning sickness". I decided to try them out....
1) to have a hearty breakfast, but dont eat too full before travelling as it might give you motion sickness
2) to have some toast or cereals to beat the nauseous - ooo that's when Mummy indulged in Wang Cafe's toast =P
3) to have frequent little meals instead of 3 main meals - oooh yess... Mummy had to pack food in her handbag all the time in case you were hungry and start to draw my blood sugar =P
4) to have less heavy/unhealthy food... - erm for some strange reasons, I loved Burgers and subways =S oh well at least I skipped the fries =P
5) to take little catnaps whenever I can - hoho I just can fall asleep easily anywhere now!
6) lots of nutritous soup,炖蛋, 红枣水 by grandma =) that really helped me get better sleep =)

Finally...... feeling a little better... esp with Uncle simba and grandma alba with me.... dear hubby and mum taking care of me =) this rough patch will pass.... eventually =)
